All orders are subject to confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Lumira Fabrics reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or inability to verify customer details.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer. For bank transfer orders, dispatch will only occur after payment confirmation is received and verified.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe mentioned on our website. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lumira Fabrics is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are sold as unstitched fabric, returns and exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with photo/video evidence.
