At Lumira Fabrics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to understand our return and exchange process.
1. Please Note
Once a product has been opened, used, washed, cut, or altered in any way, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or sizing assumptions.
2. When We DO Accept Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
• You received a damaged or defective product
– You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
– The product is missing a piece or component
3. Reporting a Problem
If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
• Your Order Number
– Clear photos or a short video of the issue
– Product must be unused and in its original packaging
Send this information to us via WhatsApp or our Contact page. Requests made after 24 hours, or for items that have been used, washed, cut, or altered, will not be accepted.
4. Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement of the correct/undamaged item.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged/missing item), Lumira Fabrics will cover the return shipping cost. If the issue is not related to our error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Product has been used, washed, cut, or altered
– Claim is made after 24 hours of delivery
– No photo/video evidence is provided
– Minor color variation due to screen/lighting differences
– Change of mind after placing the order
7. Processing Time
Once a return/exchange is approved, replacements are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
